As a former Director at Deloitte Real Estate and Head of Infrastructure & Capital Projects, he developed strong skills in real estate corporate finance including fund structuring & fundraising, development advisory, public-private partnerships (PPP) and alternative financing with a particular focus on social and affordable housing, where he structured innovative ESA-neutral funding solutions for the Government.

Nicolas brings 14 years of experience at Belfius Bank, where he managed financing for both public and private real estate development and investment projects. He demonstrated a deep understanding of public real estate finance and complex negotiations with authorities, developers, and other stakeholders.

As Manager at Belfius Immo, he successfully led large-scale residential and commercial developments, overseeing projects from inception to completion.

Combining his architectural and financial background with strategic financial expertise, Nicolas offers a unique blend of economic, technical and managerial skills.

As recognized member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a founding partner of the PPP Competency Network in Wallonia-Brussels, he operates fluently in French, Dutch, English and Portuguese.
